Actress Bushra Ansari confirms her second marriage with Iqbal Hussain

KARACHI: Pakistan’s renowned senior TV actress Bushra Ansari confirmed the news about her second marriage on Tuesday.

Bushra Ansari confirmed her second marriage with her husband film director Iqbal Hussain in a vlog released on her YouTube channel and expressed her thoughts on getting married at an older age during this time.

In the vlog, Iqbal Hussain said that their first meeting took place in 2016 during the shooting of the serial “Seeta Bagri”, at that time, they were both divorced and single, and it was during this shooting that he proposed to Bushra Ansari.

In the video with Iqbal Hussain, Bushra Ansari said that marrying an older woman is considered a crime in our society. Bushra Ansari further said that she had no intention of getting married again due to living a married life for 2 decades, then after that, I introduced Iqbal Hussain to my family and they all fell in love with him.

The actress said that we want to make our marriage an example that marriage can be done after divorce at the age of 30 or 35 if there is an option. Director Iqbal Hussain said that marrying an older woman is criticized in our society but it should not be that people who think that marrying older women is bad are suffering from psychological problems.

During the vlog, Iqbal Hussain said that he wanted to discourage the negative attitudes prevalent in society related to marrying a woman older than his age.

The couple said that if someone gets divorced or his partner dies, then most of the children get their father married, but the mother also has the same right to live life. There is nothing wrong with starting a new life together.
