LAHORE: The weather is expected to remain hot and dry across most parts of the country on Sunday, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
The citizens witnessed high temperatures during the day where the maximum temperatures ranged up to 36 degrees Celsius however the temperatures will likely drop to 25 degrees Celsius by the evening.
The humidity level ranges between 55 to 59%, moreover, the wind is blowing northwest direction at the speed of 13 km/h.
However, the Pakistan Meteorological Department predicted that mainly hot and dry weather was expected in most parts of the country. However, there may be light rain with strong winds and thundershowers in Murree, Galiyat, Mianwali, Layyah, Bhakkar, and Dera Ghazi Khan in the afternoon.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will see dry weather in the plains, while upper districts and areas including Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Kurram, Bajaur, Khyber, Orakzai, Bannu, and Waziristan may experience rain with strong winds and thunder in some locations.
