As a result, the judge upheld the previously issued <strong data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"694\">non-bailable arrest warrants<\/strong> and directed law enforcement authorities to ensure his arrest and present him before the court at the next hearing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"1107\">According to court records, the case was filed by the <strong data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"919\">National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA)<\/strong> under Pakistan&#8217;s cybercrime law. Investigators allege that statements attributed to the chief minister violated provisions of the PECA Act, leading to the initiation of legal proceedings.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1293\">The prosecution told the court that the accused is legally required to appear and respond to the allegations, while the defence did not secure his attendance during the latest hearing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1458\">The case has drawn significant public attention because it involves a serving provincial chief minister facing proceedings under Pakistan&#8217;s cybercrime legislation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1687\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Following Thursday&#8217;s proceedings, the court adjourned the matter until <strong data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1542\">July 21<\/strong>, while the non-bailable arrest warrants remain in force.
