The Ministry of Haj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has begun issuing visas for Umrah.
The new Umrah season will coincide with the month of Muharram 1145 Ah (July 19). Those wanting to perform the ritual can apply for electronic visas through the Nusuk application.
The move aims to streamline the arrival of pilgrims to the Kingdom and ensure a smooth experience.
According to SPA, the ministry is attempting to accommodate a greater number of pilgrims and offer services that fulfill their requirements and goals.
To get ready for the Haj season, Saudi Arabia temporarily stopped issuing Umrah visas using the Nusuk app. The moratorium was in place from May 23 until June 21.
During this time, holders of visitation visas from all categories were prohibited from accessing Makkah.
