
ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted rain and thunderstorms in some areas of the country.
According to the latest weather update, Upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and North-East Balochistan are likely to be partly cloudy, with rain to occur along with strong winds, thundershowers, and hailstorms in many regions.
The weather in Islamabad and surrounding regions is partly cloudy, with rain, winds, and thundershowers and hailstorms potentially happening.
Most districts in Punjab are expected to be mostly hot and dry, but it will be partly cloudy, with weather occurring in upper Punjab, and also in Murree, Galiyat, Rawalpindi, and Lahore.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa expects the weather to be windy and rainy with thundershowers in Chitral, Dir, Swat, and Peshawar. Meanwhile, Sindh will remain extremely hot and dry, and Balochistan will have dry weather with rising temperatures in most southern districts.
Whereas, Zhob and Quetta possibly may have windy weather with rain in the afternoon. Most of Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan will remain partly cloudy, with rain and strong winds occurring in some areas.
