ISLAMABAD: Pictures of Pakistan fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi’s son Alyaar in the stadium have gone viral on social media, winning hearts across the internet.
The viral moment came during the Pakistan Super League (PSL) match between Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings held at the National Bank Arena in Karachi. It was the sixth match of PSL 10, where Qalandars registered their second consecutive win by defeating Karachi Kings by 65 runs.
After the game, several social media handles shared pictures from the ground, in which Shaheen Afridi was seen holding little Alyaar, with his wife Insha Afridi also seen nearby.
One of the heartwarming highlights included Karachi Kings fast bowler Hassan Ali playing with Shaheen’s son. Shahid Afridi’s two young daughters were also seen, who had come to watch the high-voltage clash between Karachi and Lahore.
Netizens flooded the post with likes and loving comments, calling the beloved Alyaar a “mini version” of his grandfather Shahid Afridi.
