
LAHORE: In the 17th match of HBL PSL 10, Quetta Gladiators defeated Peshawar Zalmi by 64 runs, here on Sunday.
As per the details, Quetta Gladiators had given Peshawar Zalmi a target of 179 runs to win, however, Peshawar Zalmi’s team was bowled out for 114 runs in the 15th overs.
Peshawar Zalmi’s Hussain Talat stood out by scoring 39 runs, while Muhammad Haris scored 17 and Babar Azam scored 12 runs.
Quetta Gladiators’ Faheem Ashraf took 5 wickets while Khurram Shahzad took 2 wickets.
Earlier, Quetta Gladiators scored 178 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated overs.
Quetta’s Mark Chapman was the top scorer with 33 runs, while Saud Shakeel and Kaushal Mendis scored 32 runs each.
Peshawar Zalmi’s Alzarri Joseph took 3 wickets, and Saim Ayub took 2 wickets.
Earlier, Peshawar Zalmi had won the toss and elected to field against Quetta Gladiators.
The match between Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators was played at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
