Peshawar Weather Forecast: city expects cold & dry weather


Peshawar can expect cold and dry conditions due to the wet spell brought by westerly waves to the country.

In its advisory, the Pakistan Met Office predicted that the regions of Abbottabad, Manshera, and Kohistan would likely experience rainfall, thunderstorms, and snowfall on mountains.

Peshawar Rainfall

Peshawar and other plain regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will face dry cold on Wednesday. Although, the other regions of KP are expected to have showers and snow.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s temperature was recorded at 16°C, while the temperature is expected to drop below 10°C in the evening. Humidity was recorded at around 30 percent in the city while winds blew at 5km/h.

The majority of the parts of the country can expect primarily dry and cold conditions, with the highest regions experiencing extreme cold. There may be partial cloud cover in the upper regions during the evening and night. a light rain-thunderstorm with light snowfall expected in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and the surrounding highland regions.

Punjab Rain Update

Partially cloudy skies with light rain, wind, thunderstorms, and snowfall are predicted for Murree, Galyat, and the neighboring areas on Wednesday and Thursday.

We can probably expect Lahore’s minimum temperature to stay in the range of 10–12 C on Thursday. In the meantime, certain areas of Punjab had sporadic showers throughout the past day.
