KARACHI: The price of gold in the global and local markets increased significantly today, taking the price to the highest level in history.
The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market increased by $33 to a new high of $3,480.
Due to the increase in the global market, the price of gold per tola also increased by Rs3,300 to a new high of Rs370,700.
Similarly, the price of gold per ten grams increased by Rs2,829 to a new high of Rs317,815.
