ISLAMABAD: The District and Sessions Court Islamabad heard 5 other cases against the founder of PTI on May 9. The court stayed the arrest of the founder of PTI in 5 other cases including May 9.
The court stayed the arrest of the founder of PTI Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the relevant cases until November 25. The court extended the pre-arrest bail of the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi.
The court directed the founder of PTI to appear in court or via video link in the next hearing. Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka heard the case.
Due to the unavailability of the founder of PTI, arguments could not be made on the bail applications, the court adjourned the hearing on the bail applications until December 23.
Sardar Muhammad Shushid Khan Advocate and Zahid Shabbir Dar appeared in the court on behalf of the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi.
Cases including attempted murder, forgery and other cases have been registered against the founder of PTI. A case has been registered against Bushra Bibi for allegedly submitting forged receipts.
