NEW DELHI: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has claimed that terrorists had destroyed the vermilion of our sisters, so we destroyed the headquarters of terrorism, more than 100 terrorists were killed in our operation.
After the recent tension between Pakistan and India, Narendra Modi said in his first address to the nation that a new normal has been set through Operation Sindoor, we all have seen the country’s capability and patience in the last few days. I salute the armed forces, army, intelligence agencies and scientists. Today I dedicate this bravery, valor and courage of the armed forces to every mother of our country, every sister of the country and every daughter of the country. He said that we have given complete freedom to the Indian Army to wipe out terrorists and today every terrorist, every terrorist organization knows what the consequences of removing the vermilion from the foreheads of our sisters and daughters are.
Narendra Modi said that the Indian Armed Forces attacked the hideouts of terrorists in Pakistan. Terrorists would never have dreamed that India would take such a big step. When Indian missiles and drones attacked these places in Pakistan, it was not just the buildings of the terrorists but their morale was also broken. Operation Sindoor is not just a name. It reflects the sentiments of millions of people in the country. Operation Sindoor is an unwavering promise of justice. The whole world saw this commitment translate into results on the late night of May 6 and the morning of May 7.
He said that when Indian missiles and drones attacked these places in Pakistan, not only the buildings of the terrorist organizations but also their courage were shaken. Terrorist places like Bahawalpur and Muridke were universities of global terrorism. All the major terrorist attacks in the world, including 9/11 or major terrorist attacks in India, are somehow linked to these terrorist places. When the terrorists had vandalized the vermilion of our sisters, we vandalized the headquarters of terrorism. More than 100 terrorists were killed in our operation. It should be noted that they did not present any evidence to support their claim. Pakistan has alleged that India targeted civilians, in which women and children were also martyred.
