Sadia Imam is a former Pakistani television actress and an excellent host, known for her hit dramas such as Uljhan, Hum Se Juda Na Hona, Mera Naseeb, Colony 52, and others. She has also hosted shows on Samaa TV. Sadia got married in 2012 and moved to Germany to live with her husband. She is now the mother of an adorable daughter, Meerub.

Today, Sadia Imam was a guest on Madeha Naqvi’s morning show Subh ka Samaa, which airs on Samaa TV. On the show, she opened up about her daughter’s illness due to her negligence.

Talking about it, Sadia Imam said, “Meerub was born in 2014. I conceived soon after moving to Germany, but after that, people started asking a lot of questions about having a second child. When you asked me what advice I had received which went wrong, I realized I had been a victim of people’s misguided suggestions regarding my daughter. Meerub was born in August in Germany, and you know how intense the weather is in September, October, and November. I was told to keep her warm, but I didn’t realize the house was already heated. I kept her overly wrapped, and the fever affected her. She got her first fit because of my negligence and foolishness. Thank God Adnan came, and we took her to the hospital—foam was coming out of her mouth. She now gets yearly check-ups. After that incident, she had four fits. She became sick because of my foolish actions. Doctors say such fevers can occur until the age of nine once they start.”
