This includes replacing old and deteriorated pipes in the Simli Water Filtration Plant and Main Condition Line. It should be noted that the timely action of the Water Supply Wing has not only saved 8 lakh gallons of water per day but also increased the water pressure in the pipelines. Similarly, complaints like leakages in water supply lines have been removed in Sector G-7/3.

It should be mentioned that the absence of the necessary monsoon rainfall has resulted in a drop in the water level in other dams, notably Khanpur Dam. As a result, the water supply department works nonstop before summer arrives to make up for the water shortfall and provide the public with a sufficient amount of water.
