Paper mulberry, Acacia, Eucalyptus, Pines, Grasses, Cannabis, Dandelion, and Alternaria are the pollen kinds that are most prevalent in Islamabad. With 48,251 pollen particles per cubic meter of air, the Paper Mulberry has the highest pollen count of all three species.

Other species with moderately high or low pollen densities include Cannabis 28; Grasses 25; Alternaria 25; Pine 22; and Dandelion, Acacia, and Eucalyptus zero. The extremely high total pollen concentration is 48,351.

Due to reduced pollen movement on rainy, overcast, or windless days, allergy patients often find relief from their symptoms, therefore the current wet spell is a positive portent. On the other hand, hot, dry, and windy weather increases pollen levels and exacerbates allergy symptoms.
