Prince Harry landed under fire after allegedly breaking confidentially rules in his High Court case against Home Office.

Recent court filings reveal that the Duke of Sussex sent his old buddy Johnny Mercer an email with details regarding his security claim.

The prince and the veterans minister have been pals for a long time; they were last seen sharing a pint of beer at the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf, Germany, last year.

Mr Justice Lane claimed in the filings published on Monday: “In November 2023, the claimant breached the terms of the confidentiality ring order by emailing certain information to a partner of Schillings, who was not within the confidentiality ring, and to the Rt Hon Johnny Mercer MP.”

Harry did, however, have to issue an apology after the duke’s attorney, Shaheed Fatima KC, discovered the violation and quickly notified Jenny Afia, his solicitor.
