ISLAMABAD: Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Muhammad bin Salman is likely to visit Pakistan next month for bilateral engagements.

Diplomatic sources privy to the development told Daily Ausaf that the Crown Prince of the Kingdom would visit Pakistan at the invitation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The schedule of the visit will be finalized later through the diplomatic process.

Meanwhile, the Saudi foreign minister leading the high-level delegation had bilateral meetings with the political and military leadership on Tuesday. Saudi FM Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, who aimed to enhance economic cooperation between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Foreign Minister, who was in Islamabad on a two-day official visit, also engaged with Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar. Top diplomats highlighted various avenues to enhance the kingdom’s investment in Pakistan.

Prince Faisal also reiterated that the KSA will play its all-out role in the economic development of Pakistan, he said during a joint press conference at the Foreign Office in Islamabad.
