ISLAMABAD: The B-Form or Child Registration is a legal identity proof required for a child to prove their age and access basic services such as medical aid, education and other legal matters.

In Pakistan, NADRA has the authority to issue Child Registration Certificate (CRC), B-Form.

The document registers the child with government records, and obtaining this certificate from their place of birth is considered a fundamental right of the child.

In recent years, NADRA has streamlined the B-Form process to make it easier for those who faced a cumbersome process earlier.

Latest Fees of B-Form in Pakistan

Currently, the latest fee for B-Form is Rs 50, if you opt for regular service. If you are looking for executive service urgently, NADRA charges Rs 500 for it.

How to apply for B-Form?

  • To apply for B form, you need to start by visiting the nearest NADRA office with the child's birth certificate.
  • The parent or guardian must accompany the child to the NADRA office.
  • If only one parent is present, a Gazetted Officer or public representative must attest the application.
  • The child must be present for the ID card, and if 10 years of age or older, their photograph and fingerprints will be taken.
