Amir Khattak appointed Commissioner Rawalpindi & Maryam Khan to Multan

Rawalpindi: In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) announced the appointment of Amir Khattak as the Commissioner of Rawalpindi and Maryam Khan as the Commissioner of Multan.

Amir Khattak, previously serving in another capacity, brings his experience and leadership to Rawalpindi, potentially influencing the administrative landscape of the region. Meanwhile, Maryam Khan, formerly holding a position in the industrial and commercial sector, is expected to leverage her expertise in overseeing the development and governance of Multan.

Earlier, Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, Director General of Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), had been assigned the additional charge of Commissioner for Rawalpindi Division. However, Liaquat Ali Chatta, the former Commissioner of Rawalpindi Division, has been transferred with immediate effect.
