Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has reinstated the notification of success for Awn Chaudhry while rejecting Salman Akram Raja’s plea concerning NA-128 Lahore.
Two members of the Election Commission wrote a decision on the request, stating that Salman Akram Raja could appeal to the Election Tribunal.
The Independent candidate for NA-128, Salman Akram Raja, had stated yesterday that the Election Commission should issue instructions to submit the original Form 45 in court.
The ECP had previously heard the request of the independent candidate for NA-128, Salman Akram Raja, in which he presented evidence.
Salman Akram Raja said that according to Form 45, it is clear in the casting votes of the provincial and national assembly; we have included one lakh ten thousand fake votes.
He said how is it possible that voters cast votes for the provincial assembly and do not vote for the national assembly; I am talking after visiting polling stations myself.
The independent candidate for NA-128 further said that I went to the RO office at half past midnight, but I was not allowed to go inside, and then I went again at 4 o’clock, but permission to enter was not given.

He said that I have also released my videos on this subject.
On this occasion, Awn Chaudhry, the successful candidate for NA-128, said that this is a case of the Election Tribunal, not the Election Commission.
He further said that according to the law, it is not necessary for the candidate to be present when Form 47 is made.
The Election Commission had reserved its decision after hearing the arguments of both parties.
