LAHORE: Lahore and most of Punjab are expected to see cold, dry weather on Friday evening and night, Saturday, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD). The synoptic condition indicates that Kashmir and the surrounding regions are under a shallow westerly wave.

Under these conditions, Friday evening/night and the following two days are forecast to bring mostly cold and dry weather to the provincial capital and most of the province. During that time, freezing temperatures are predicted in Murree, Galyat, and the adjacent areas.
On Saturday, Lahore’s minimum temperature is going to stay in the range of 8 to 10 degrees Celsius. On Friday and Saturday, Murree’s minimum temperature is going to stay between -03 and -01 C.
