According to reports, another person has been detained by Indian police for allegedly giving confidential information to a female spy from Pakistan.
The 31-year-old Vikram Singh was employed at an army canteen in Bikaner, Rajasthan, according to Indian media. Singh, a resident of Dungargarh in Bikaner, was apprehended by Rajasthan Police and the Military Intelligence in a cooperative operation. He is charged for purportedly working as a Pakistani spy. The 31-year-old allegedly has a lengthy history of running the Army canteen in the Mahajan neighborhood of Bikaner.

The agency was conducting surveillance in the area, according to Sanjay Aggarwal, Additional Director General of Police Intelligence. He stated that throughout the monitoring operation, they found evidence of continuous communication between Vikram Singh and a purported female spy from Pakistan.
ADG Aggarwal added that the surveillance team keeping an eye on Vikram Singh’s whereabouts found evidence of his entrapment in a honeytrap. The detained Indian national was purportedly using social media to exchange strategically significant information with a female spy from Pakistan.

According to the Additional Director General of Police Intelligence, Vikram Singh had communication with a purported woman named Anita a year prior. He said that Singh had sent Anita, a person suspected of being an agent of Pakistan, private information via social media about Army places, including photos, locations, and videos of restricted regions along with specifics about units and officers.
According to media sources from India, he was arrested after the government filed a case against him under the Official Secrets Act of 1923.
