Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has decided to restore the Sehat Card services across the province from the first day of Ramadan.
Chief Minister KP said that the facility of free treatment has been restored to all the residents of the province through health cards.
While addressing the media, he underlined that his government’s priority is to continue maintaining the security and stability in the province.

He revealed that during the month of Ramadan, some 850,000 deserving people would get a cash payout of Rs. 10,000 based on information gathered from the Ehsas Program. He claimed that an extra 150,000 persons from all provincial constituencies would receive an additional sum of Rs. 10,000.
To support poor people, he also announced the restoration of the “langar khana system” and said that the provincial government would organize suhoor and iftaar in hospitals to facilitate the attendants of the patients.
Ali Amin Gandapour added that training will be provided to the youth to create employment opportunities, as well as financial assistance in the form of grants and interest-free loans to set up their businesses.
Furthermore, he said that there would be no compromise on the development of the province and would also demand the release of arrears of net hydel profits from the federal government.
