Four-member bench of electoral body conducts hearing of the case in Adiala jail
RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and former information minister Fawad Chaudhry were charged with contempt of the electoral body and the chief election commissioner by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Wednesday.

The case was heard in Adiala jail, Rawalpindi, by a four-member electoral body bench led by Sindh Member Nisar Ahmad Durrani.

During the hearing, the former prime minister and ex-minister were present and denied the allegations in the charge sheet.
The ECP then postponed the contempt hearing until January 16.
