Karachi: The newly elected Sindh CM also consulted with President Asif Ali Zardari to decide on the cabinet appointments.
Karachi: A 12-member Sindh Cabinet was sworn in on Tuesday at a ceremony held at the Governor House in Karachi. Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori administered the oath to the cabinet members in the presence of Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah.
The newly appointed ministers who took the oath include Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuhu, Syed Sardar Shah, Ziaul Hassan Lanjar, Jam Khan Shoro, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, and Saeed Ghani. Additionally, Ali Hassan Zardari, Sardar Bux Mahar, Zulfikar Shah, Sharjeel Inam Memon, Ahsan Mazari, and Babul were also among those who took the oath.

Prior to the swearing-in ceremony, leaders of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), including Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, had convened a meeting in Islamabad to finalize the cabinet members. The newly elected Sindh CM also consulted with President Asif Ali Zardari to decide on the cabinet appointments. It was reported that approximately 10 members of the Sindh cabinet would take the oath in the first phase.
