Special Court Islamabad granted bail to YouTuber and journalist Asad Ali Toor and issued his release order on Saturday.
Special Judge Central Humayun Dilawar heard the case. On this occasion, Asad Toor’s lawyers Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatta appeared in the court while the investigating officer also appeared in the court along with the records.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Special Prosecutor Syed Ashfaq Hussain Shah also appeared before the court.

As per details, the special court judge Humayon Dilawar approved Asad Toor’s bail plea and directed him to submit surety bonds worth Rs 5,000.
According to the FIR against Toor, the vlogger allegedly ran a malicious campaign against the judiciary on social media platforms.
Earlier today, the Islamabad High Court declared the notice issued to the journalist Asad Taura illegal. IHC issued a written order on Asad Toor’s application against the notices of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
Last week, a judicial magistrate sent YouTuber and journalist Asad Toor to jail on judicial remand in the case of allegations against institutions and civil servants.
