Other delegates from Pakistan would include Joint Secretary of Ministry of Commerce Maria Qazi, Additional Secretary of Commerce Dr Wajid Ali Khan, Director General Transit Trade, and Additional Secretary of Interior Khushal Khan.
According to the reports confirmed by the spokesman for the Afghan Commerce Ministry, Abdul Salam Jawad, the Minister of Industry and Commerce Nooruddin Azizi will lead the Afghan delegation.
It will be the first high-level interaction between the two sides after recent tensions in border areas. The transit trade between both neighboring countries has witnessed a declining trend in recent months.
