ISLAMABAD: The ban on meetings with PTI founder Imran Khan and other prisoners in Adiala jail lifted.
Due to security concerns, on March 12, the Punjab government imposed a two-week ban on meetings with PTI founder and other prisoners, which was lifted on Thursday.

Adiala Jail Superintendent Asad Javed Waraich confirmed the lifting of the ban and said that all other prisoners including Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Parvez Elahi will be able to meet visitors as per the established procedure.
It should be noted that two weeks ago CTD and police arrested the trained terrorists while foiling an attack attempt near Adiala Jail during a joint operation, jail authorities also received threatening calls.
