QUETTA: With rain and snowfall adorning its various cities, Balochistan is finally enjoying the much-anticipated winter charm.

Winter wonder, though, is not without its difficulties.
Normal life has been disrupted by power outages caused by the precipitation in Quetta.

To make matters worse, there are communication problems throughout the impacted areas due to problems with the phone and internet systems.
Ziarat has also been fortunate to experience rain and the first snowfall of the season, which has improved the landscape’s beauty but exacerbated the cold spell.
