PESHAWAR: On Tuesday, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial finance department announced the release of a grant of Rs 1150 million to be distributed among eligible families as an Eid package.

In a letter to the Zakat department, the finance department requested that Rs 10,000 be given to each worthy family.

According to the report, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister has offered an Eid package for those families who were not able to receive the Ramazan package.
