ISLAMABAD: Snow is predicted in the mountains over the next twelve hours, while rain and thunderstorms are expected in other parts of the country.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) reports that isolated areas in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir are predicted to see windstorms and thunderstorms accompanied by snow.
In South Punjab and southwestern Balochistan, thunderstorms and rain-windstorms are also possible.
While mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country and hot in southern parts during the next twelve hours.
Rain-wind/thunderstorms occurred in isolated places in the upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, Pothohar region, and Lasbella.
