ISLAMABAD: Tomato prices increased across the country during Eid-ul-Fitr 2024.
According to the details, there has been a big increase in the prices of tomatoes in different cities of the country.
In Abbottabad, the price of tomato has reached Rs 450 per kg; in Islamabad, it is selling at Rs 400 per kg. In Kohat, the price went up to Rs 500 per kg from Rs 300 per kg.
In Mardan and Talagang, the price of tomato has reached Rs 400 per kg; in Peshawar, the price has increased from Rs 190 to Rs 320 in a week.
In Khushab, the price of tomato has reached 240 rupees per kg due to the 100 rupee increase in price.
In Tank, the price of tomato rose by Rs 200 per kg in a week, and the price per kg was Rs 400 per kg; in Rustam, it was Rs 400 per kg; and in Bonir, it was selling at Rs 330 per kg.

In Raiwind and its surroundings, the price of tomato has increased by Rs. 90, which has increased the price to Rs. 240 per kg. In Chiniot, tomatoes are being sold at Rs. 250 per kg.
