KARACHI: The administration of the provincial capital Karachi on Friday refused to allow the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to hold a power show at Bagh-e-Jinnah on Sunday (April 28).
As the provincial government has already informed the Sindh High Court (SHC) about the threat of terrorism in the city,.
Additional Advocate General Sindh Rao Said Ullah told the Sindh High Court that there are threats of terrorism, and the SSP East has also mentioned the threats in its report, while there has been an explosion in Malir and there are more threats.
The Chief Justice of Sindh High Court, Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi, said that I am not happy with this report; in fact, you people did not allow PTI to hold a rally, and the petitioner also has the same opinion.
