ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) today reserved its verdict on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s bail plea in the £190 million National Crime Agency (NCA) settlement reference.
A two-member bench, comprising IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq, and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, reserved the verdict after conducting the proceedings.
PTI founder’s counsel Sardar Latif Khosa and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) special prosecutor Amjad Parvez appeared before the court in the last hearing.

While presenting his arguments, the NAB special prosecutor said that the money should have come to the Government of Pakistan.
“According to the documents, the money could not have been transferred without the permission of the National Crime Agency,” Pervez said.
