ABU DHABI: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in the United Arab Emirates on a day-long visit today.
Upon his arrival in Abu Dhabi, he was warmly welcomed by the Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Pakistani Ambassador to UAE Faisal Niaz Tarmzi, Emirati Ambassador to Pakistan Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al-Zaabi, and senior Pakistani and Emirati officials were also present on PM Shehbaz’s arrival.
During his visit, the Prime Minister will meet Pakistani and UAE businessmen and investors related to the information technology sector.
The Prime Minister is anticipated to meet the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Both sides will talk about the Pakistan-United Arab Emirates bilateral ties, with an emphasis on investment and commerce.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is also likely to hold meetings with other Emirati dignitaries, businesspersons, and heads of financial institutions.
