ISLAMABAD: More intermittent rain-wind/thunderstorms are predicted in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and parts of Pakistan on Thursday night and Friday.
Per the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), a westerly wave prevails over Pakistan’s upper and central parts.
Under these weather conditions, more rain-wind/thunderstorms are predicted in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and at isolated places in Punjab, upper Sindh, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, northeast Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir on Thursday night and Friday. Gusty/dust-raising winds are likely in country’s plains during evening/night.
Islamabad’s maximum temperatures will likely stay between 40-43°C on Friday and 38-40°C on Saturday.
