Islamabad: Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Omar Ayub has resigned from the post of Secretary General of PTI, here on Thursday.
As per the details, Omar Ayub announced his resignation in a letter to founder PTI in a tweet, in which he said that he was grateful to founder PTI for accepting his resignation as secretary general. I resigned on June 22. Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali was sent.
He wrote that Shibli Faraz conveyed my message to the founder during the meeting in jail today, further changes will be made in the organizational structure of the party on the instructions of the founder PTI.
He said that I want to thank the PTI family members, assembly members and party office bearers.
