ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Islamabad President Amir Mughal has been arrested once again by police on Thursday.
Islamabad police arrested the PTI leader outside the Deputy Commissioner’s office and the reasons for his re-arrest remain unclear.
PTI lawyer Asim Baig confirmed the arrest of Amir Mughal. The development came ahead of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally in the federal capital on July 6.

Earlier today, Islamabad’s district administration granted NOC to the former ruling party to hold a rally on July 6 in the Turnol area of the federal capital.
“On July 6, PTI will organize a significant rally in Islamabad,” PTI leader Ali Muhammad Khan. “This is a message for the entire nation to step out for freedom and the rule of law. Our fight is to bring the powerful under the law,” he added.
