MUZAFFARGARH: Ehsanullah, 18 years old, was allegedly burned alive to death over a land dispute in the Seetpur area
in Alipur, Muzaffargarh.
Police stated that an FIR had been registered against the culprit by the victim’s uncle. According to the first information report (FIR), the boy’s family and the suspects were involved in a land dispute for a long time period. The boy’s uncle further added that he had given life threats before but never paid serious attention to the matter.
The report further stated that the young boy was taken to the THQ hospital in Alipur where he was further referred to Multan hospital.
Moreover, the FIR stated that the victim was first tied to a tree and was then set on fire. The boy got 2nd and 3rd degree burns to point where he lost his life.
The police filed a murder case against four people at the Seetpur police station on the family’s complaint. The law enforcement authorities further stated that they are taking serious actions to ensure culprits are arrested various raids are conducted to arrest the potential suspects related to the case
