ISLAMABAD: To address the growing concerns of electricity consumers in Pakistan, the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has announced the launch of the ‘NEPRA Asaan Approach’ app.
According to a NEPRA spokesperson, the app will be available nationwide starting tomorrow. The ‘NEPRA Asaan Approach’ app allows users to file complaints about electricity issues and track their progress using a unique tracking ID generated upon submission.
Moreover, The NEPRA Asaan Approach app streamlines the process of registering complaints about electricity issues, including power outages, fluctuations, electrical fires, line faults, and billing discrepancies. It enables users to file complaints quickly and track their progress in real time, improving the efficiency and convenience of the complaint process.
The app will be a crucial part of NEPRA’s strategy to offer multi-channel service delivery to electricity consumers throughout Pakistan.
