Special prayers were offered after the Fajr prayer for the unity of the Muslim Ummah and the progress and prosperity of the country. Processions, Milad gatherings, and prayer ceremonies will be taken out in all small and major cities to highlight the life and teachings of the last prophet.
Meanwhile, devotees illuminate the streets, buildings, mosques, and houses with vibrant and colorful lights to mark this auspicious occasion.
Moreover, strict security measures have been taken to ensure the well-being of people participating in processions and religious gatherings. Mobile services have also been partially suspended in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, and other big cities over security concerns.
