ISLAMABAD: The citizens of the federal capital enjoyed heavy rainfall yesterday night which made the weather cold in Islamabad. Pakistan Meteorological Department forecasts that a new rain spell has entered Pakistan which will persist till October 8, 2024.
The maximum temperature recorded today ranges up to 28 degrees Celsius, whereas the minimum temperature expected in the evening will range up to 20 degrees Celsius.
The humidity level in the federal capital ranges between 50 to 52% with light wind blowing in the northwest direction at the speed of 14 km/h. Whereas, the current chance of precipitation is up to 01%.
Moreover, the Met Office predicts that the Islamabad, Lahore, Southern Punjab districts of Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Kashmir Gilgit-Baltistan, Quetta, Zhob, Barkhan, Lasbella, Panjgur, and Bhakkar are expected to be lashed by rain from 06th to 08th October.
