PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has finally appeared after being absent from the public scene for more than 24 hours, here on Sunday.
The proceedings of the meeting were going on as usual when suddenly Ali Amin came to the KP Assembly, while a large number of PTI MPAs gathered around him.
Earlier today, in an emergency session of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, a majority vote passed a resolution regarding the disappearance of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
The resolution stated that the federal interior minister and the governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa continued to mislead and demanded a report from the speaker.
The emergency session of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly began under the chairmanship of Speaker Babar Saleem Swati after a delay of 5 hours, and workers chanted slogans as soon as the session began.
Speaker Babar Saleem Swati said that the Assembly represents the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and there should be a discussion on what has happened over the past two days, with both government and opposition representatives present.
