PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has opened the registration process for the KP Digital Internship Program, a flagship project of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB).
The digital internship program, launched by KPIT, provides an opportunity for 150 graduates from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa universities each year to enhance their skills and secure employment.
The internship program offers Computer Science (CS) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) graduates to develop into professionally experienced who allure the employer with their skill sets, capabilities, and experiences, the KPITB said.
This program is also aimed at the provision of human resource support to the companies located in KP IT parks for their business operations and sustainability. The duration of each batch of internships is six months.
Eligibility criteria for ‘KP Digital Internship Program’
The eligibility criteria for the KP Digital Internship Program includes;
– Must have a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Merged Districts domicile
– Candidate must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree
– Not eligible if you have post-qualification work experience or have previously availed the KPITB Digital Internship
The stipend for the internship is Rs30,000 and the deadline to apply is October 25, 2024.
