ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Police Department is hiring for two key positions: Citizen Support Response Agents (CSRA) and Electrical Technicians. This move aims to boost the department’s service quality and operational efficiency.
Islamabad Capital Territory Police, also known as Islamabad Police, is a police force formed in 1981 to police Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan under the administrative control of the Chief Commissioner, Islamabad Capital Territory Administration.

- Electrical Technicians: Maintain and upgrade electrical infrastructure,
1-Before applying for the post of Citizen Support Response Agent (CSRA), ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Qualifications: Candidates must possess a 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in IT projects or call centers is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in English and Urdu is necessary.
2- For the post of Electrical Technician, the applicant should have the following requirements:
- Qualifications: Applicants should have a 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience is essential.
