Khan has been barred from running in elections following his conviction in the Toshakhana case, and his party’s election symbol, the cricket bat, has been removed.

The PTI is also experiencing constraints on conducting rallies during its election campaign, pushing it to turn to technology.

After hosting rallies on Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter, the party has announced a virtual rally on TikTok, which will be the first of its type in Pakistan.
