According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in the city is likely to be 34 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature may reach 32 degrees Celsius on Thursday. The humidity level in the air was recorded above 42% on Wednesday.
Weather forecasters have confirmed that there is no chance of rain in Lahore today. Additionally, Lahore tops the global pollution list, with an average smog level of 156. The city had an air quality index (AQI) of 178 today, which is unhealthy for humans.
The increasing smog levels are threatening the overall air quality of Lahore making it difficult for citizens to breathe in open air.
Weather will remain dry in most parts of the country. However, the weather will remain cold in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan on Thursday.
