ISLAMABAD: Saudi Arabian Oil Company Aramco officially inaugurated its second branded retail fuel station in Islamabad’s G-6 sector on Sunday.
Earlier, Aramco, in strategic partnership with Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd. (GO), unveiled its first petrol pump in Lahore last week.
The new stations will offer “ProForce” premium fuel and Valvoline lubricants, along with several premium services including an EV charging point, a modern convenience store, express care automotive services, and a tyre shop.
The Aramco-branded stations will feature, Express Care automotive services, and modern convenience stores designed to deliver a seamless and modern customer experience.
The Saudi oil giant’s entry into Pakistan came after it acquired a 40% stake in Gas and Oil Pakistan (GO) Limited. GO is a prominent player in Pakistan’s energy sector with a network of over 1,200 outlets nationwide.
In a statement, Executive Vice President of Products & Customers at Aramco, Yasser M. Mufti, stated, “This marks a significant milestone in Aramco’s downstream expansion as we enter the promising Pakistani market,”.
“Partnering with GO, which brings deep industry knowledge and a commitment to innovation, we are poised to offer exceptional value to our customers,” Mufti emphasized.
