ISLAMABAD: The Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) in its maiden session on Tuesday approved the formation of a seven-member constitutional bench, which will be headed by senior Supreme Court judge Justice Aminuddin Khan.
The constitutional bench comprises two judges from Lahore High Court, Sindh High Court, Balochistan High Court, and one from Peshawar High Court.
