LAHORE – The suspension of consular services in Lahore is expected to last for several days, as announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The ministry announced on Friday via a social media post that, due to administrative reasons, the ministry’s liaison office, the Lahore Camp Office, will be temporarily closed from Monday, January 29 to Wednesday, January 31.

The ministry announced that “consular services, including attestation of documents, will not be available during this period as a result of this temporary closure. “The government clarified that although the office address will change, services will resume on February 1st.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Liaison Office, Lahore will operate from its new premises (43-N Block, Gulberg III, Lahore) with effect from February 1, 2024,” the government announced.
It should be emphasized that the ministry’s other centers will continue to operate normally and that the suspension solely affects the Lahore office.
