Officers from relevant formations, the chairman of the Capital Development Authority, board members, and representatives of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industries attended a ceremony held at the organization’s headquarters.

The corporation’s digital platform, according to CDA Chairman Anwarul Haq, would enhance service delivery. In light of CDA’s use of secure paper for the issuance of allotment and transfer letters in an effort to prevent record tampering and forgery, he called digitization a crucial step.
According to Haq, the digitalization of CDA services will assist in putting an end to concerns about malpractice, fraudulent transactions, and record-altering.
He provided information regarding the digitalization process, stating that large areas will be digitalized with the aid of field workers and satellite photos, and that a tree management system has also been implemented as part of the authority’s technology-based initiatives.
The new system will assist the civic authority in identifying areas that are barren as well as data about trees and plants, enabling the capital to remain free of encroachment and unlawful development.
